This week we meet with Marielle Kraft, who just released brand new music – her Heartspace EP – on Friday, September 30th, 2022. Currently touring to support the release, she found time with spend with us to share great stories of her music, her journey and what she’s got planned for us to enjoy.
A Rhode Island native who is now based in Nashville, Marielle Kraft is an indie pop singer/songwriter who began playing guitar at 16 and was soon writing songs that strike chords with listeners everywhere. Her gift for storytelling is evident through her use of salient detail, raw emotion, and poignant word choice to describe moments “exactly as they feel.”
Since leaving her full-time teaching career to pursue a life committed to creating music, she regularly plays at venues across the United States. Marielle released her debut single “How Far You Feel,” in 2017 which has collected over 1 million streams across platforms. Her debut EP “The Deep End” was released in 2019 and sophomore EP “Heartspace” landed on September 30, 2022 lead by singles “Shrink” and “I Kissed A Boy”.
